Paper reprints: ordering information

When to order?
Paper reprints should be ordered when you return your corrections of proof pages to the Chief Editor. Please indicate the number of copies you need. You will then be sent an invoice. Price will be 20% higher if you wish to order later.

How much do they cost?
Cost of reprints depends on the length of your paper and the number of copies you order. Please find the information in the following table for papers up to 40 pages. For papers longer than 40 pages, costs of reprints should be quoted separately (please write to magnolia at mapress dot com for details). Prices are in US$ and inclusive of delivery within four weeks after payment is received.

If there are colour plates and printer's fee for colour set up is paid for, then reprints can also be order with colour plates. Please add US$0.50 /page/copy.
