Plecoptera stoneflies Perlidae Agnetina type synonym new record

Abstract

The types of two earlier described species of the genus Agnetina known from Yunnan Province of southwestern China, A. gladiata (Wu, 1962) and A. duplistyla (Wu, 1962) were re-examined and re-illustrated. Agnetina kryzhanovskii Sivec & Zhiltzova, 1997 is considered here as a subjective junior synonym of A. gladiata.
