Abstract
We found 17 recognizable species among low quality inclusions in Eocene (Priabonian) Danish amber. A list of Danish amber Trichoptera is provided. Rhyacophila, Lype, and Wormaldia are strongly overrepresented in Danish amber. The family Polycentropodidae is significantly underrepresented and the genus Nyctiophylax is notably abundant in comparison with Baltic amber. The new caddisfly species Setodes wilfriedwichardi sp. nov. (Leptoceridae) is described and illustrated. The taxonomic differences of the amber Trichoptera faunas are discussed.
