Abstract
Xorides tertiusdecimus sp. nov., a thirteenth known Afrotropical species of the genus Xorides Latréille, 1809, is described from Kenya. The newly described species is similar to Xorides maculiceps (Cameron, 1906), but differs in having the carinate propodeum and rugulo-punctate first metasomal tergite.
