Two new species of genus Agrilus Curtis, 1825 (Coleoptera: Buprestidae: Agrilinae) from the Peruvian Amazon Rainforest

Abstract

Two new species of genus Agrilus Curtis, 1825 are described from Peru: Agrilus (Agrilus) huggerti sp. nov. and Agrilus (Agrilus) satipo sp. nov., based on specimens collected from the Peruvian amazon rainforest, an important ecosystem of the tropical jungle in South America.
