Abstract

Eletica (Meteletica) castanea (Thomas, 1893) (Coleoptera, Meloidae, Eleticinae) is first discovered in China, representing a new national record for the species, the genus, and the subfamily. Illustrations of diagnostic characters and distribution map of the Chinese record are given.
