Abstract

Two new species of the genus Xanthonomus Bernhauer, 1926 are described and illustrated: X. floricola sp. nov. (Indonesia: Sulawesi) and X. pandani sp. nov. (Malaysia: Sabah). Based on the general shape of the pronotum and very wide abdomen, both species are related to X. latus Steel, 1995 (Malaysia: Pahang). The holotype of X. latus is illustrated. The distributional map of the genus is provided.
