Orthoptera Gryllidae Truljalia new species new synonym China

Abstract

The genus Truljalia Gorochov from China is reviewed. A new species (China: Yunnan), Truljalia multiprotubera sp. nov. is described. T. prolongata Wang & Woo, 1992 is considered as a junior synonym of T. meloda Gorochov, 1992. T. viminea Gorochov, 2002 is recorded to China for the first time, but T. hofmanni (Saussure) is excluded from Chinese fauna. A distribution map of all Truljalia species is presented.
