Abstract

Three new species of zerconid mites of the genus Halozercon are described and illustrated: H. tigerek sp. n., H. kazachok sp. n. and H. capitaneus sp. n., on the basis of material collected from litter and soil in the Altai Mountains in South Siberia, Russia. Morphological characters of adults, nymphs and larva for new Halozercon species are given.
