Abstract
Two new species are desc r ibed in eac h of the closel y related gener a Nanexila Wintert on & Irwin an d Taenogera Kröber. Nanexila atricauda sp. nov. and Nanexila jimrodmani sp. nov. are described. The phylogeneti c placement and diagnostic characteristics of these new species an d othe r species recently transferred t o Nanexila ar e discussed . Taenogera luteola sp. nov. and Taenogera brunnea sp. nov. ar e distinctive species descr ibed f r om female specimens collected in Queensland. Taenogera is diagnosed in light o f these new species and a revised ke y to species presented.References
