Seven new species and a checklist of the genus Thecobathra Meyrick from China (Lepidoptera: Yponomeutidae)

Lepidoptera Yponomeutidae Thecobathra checklist new species China

Abstract

Seven new species of the genus Thecobathra Meyrick are described from China, along with a checklist and a distribution map of all the known Chinese species. The new species are: T. basilobata sp. nov., T. partinuda sp. nov., T. longisaccata sp. nov., T. latibasis sp. nov., T. acrivalvata sp. nov., T. paranas sp. nov. and T. badagongshana sp. nov. Photographs and genital structures of the new species are provided.
