Abstract
The species of the genus Dodia Dyar, 1901 are reviewed. Diagnosis, distribution, and known ecological features are given for each species. For D. transbaikalensis Tshistjakov, 1988 and D. sikhotensis Tshistjakov, 1988, the structure of the everted vesica is shown for the first time, confirming their species status. Photographs of adults of these species are also presented for the first time. A new species, Dodia zhenya sp. n., is described from the Khingan-Bureya Highlands (Khabarovsk Krai, Russian Far East). The new species is characterized by the unique pattern of the forewings and the structure of the male genitalia, especially the vesica. In addition, D. zhenya sp. n. differs significantly from other species of the genus Dodia by COI p-distance (2.8–6.8 %) and the presence of six unique sites on the COI.
