Orthoptera Gryllacrididae China Hainan new reports

Abstract

In this paper, we report six new species from Hainan Province, China: Radigryllacris mingzheni sp. nov., Metriogryllacris (Metriogryllacris) prunulis sp. nov., Metriogryllacris (Metriogryllacris) triquetris sp. nov., Metriogryllacris (Metriogryllacris) spinulosa sp. nov., Ocellarnaca hainanensis sp. nov. and Sinagryllacris biprocera sp. nov.. Meanwhile, one new synonym (Ocellarnaca virida Su, Zhang & Shi, 2024 syn. nov. = Radigryllacris forficata (Pang, Zhang & Bian, 2023)) is proposed. All the type specimens are deposited in Guangxi Normal University.
