Abstract

The present work revises and corrects errors in the published bibliographic checklist of spider fauna in Algeria. While the initial list was extensive, it included several taxonomic and systematic inaccuracies, such as the misidentification of species absent from Algeria and the omission of species that are present. The aim of this work is to provide a corrected list of Algerian spiders by identifying and rectifying these mistakes while also adding missing citations and localities information.
