Two new species of the genus Arctornis Germar (Lepidoptera: Erebidae: Lymantriinae) from China

Lepidoptera Arctornis lingnana Arctornis harpeforma Fenghuangshan host plant larvae

Abstract

Two new species of the genus Arctornis Germar, A. lingnana sp. nov. and A. harpeforma sp. nov., are described from Fenghuangshan Provincial Nature Reserve, Chaozhou, Guangdong, China. Illustrations of their adults, genitalia, larvae are provided, with records of their host plants.
