Abstract

As a result of the study of the material of the subfamily Pselaphinae from northern Bulgaria, 14 species are reported for the first time in this part of the country. Two species are new for the fauna of Bulgaria, i.e., Trimium lichtneckerti Machulka, 1949 and Bryaxis femoratus (Aube, 1844), and one new species, Bythinus tridentus sp. nov., is described.
