Abstract
The blaberid genus Schistopeltis Rehn is rediagnosed. Schistopeltis microschistos n. sp. is described and the genus is recorded for the first time from Colombia. A taxonomic key is given to distinguish the new taxon from the previously known species S. peculiaris (from Brazil) and S. lizeri (from Bolivia).References
