Abstract
Three species in Lelia Walker, 1876 are reviewed. One of them, Lelia concavaemargo, from Guangxi Province in China, is described here as new to science. Genital illustrations and photographs of both dorsal and ventral habitus are given, and a key to this genus is provided. Type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Entomology, Nankai University, Tianjin, China.References
