Abstract

The genus Feldmannia was established by D. Guinot and M. Tavares for a fossil of the family Xanthidae, with Xanthosia wintoni Rathbun, 1935, as its type species (Guinot & Tavares 2001: 521). Their description was published in volume 23, fascicule 3 of Zoosystema, the zoological journal of the Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle, Paris. The inside back cover in which this paper appears states: “Date de distribution du présent fascicule (volume 23, fascicule 3, 2001): 28 septembre 2001”.
