Abstract

A new genus, Moro gen. nov., is erected to accommodate the Iberian endemic Hysterodus bloetei Dlabola, 1982—at this moment the smallest species of the family Issidae, with a new combination proposed—Moro bloetei (Dlabola, 1982), comb. nov. The species is redescribed and illustrated along with ecological data provided for the first time.
