Hemiptera Leafhoppers Auchenorrhyncha Idiocerinae taxonomy new species

Abstract

A new leafhopper species, Flexocerus neoevodianus Zhang sp. nov., is described and illustrated from Guizhou, Hunan and Hainan Provinces, China. A checklist and key to species of the genus are provided.
