COLLECTION: Towards a million new species
14 Items"Toward a million new species" will normally accept large collaborative papers having at least 100 new species each (e.g. "Untold diversity: the astonishing species richness of the Notodelphyidae (Copepoda: Cyclopoida), a family of symbiotic copepods associated with ascidians (Tunicata)" by IL-HOI KIM and GEOFF A. BOXSHALL (2020-12-24; DOI: 10.11646/megataxa.4.1.1)
For taxa that are not species-rich, smaller numbers of new species per paper can be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Communities of taxonomists can propose projects to be published in this series. Authors are advised to contact the chief editor about the suitability of their manuscripts before submission.
